Edward Sanchez, RFC®

Edward Sanchez is a Registered Financial Consultant (RFC) with over 20 years of experience in bankruptcy, credit counseling, and personal finance. He is the co-founder and president of a nationwide credit counseling firm that has improved the financial literacy of more than 440,000 individuals.

A committed educator, Edward has spent 12 years teaching a financial literacy program he developed for junior high students. He is also the author of Your Best Financial Self, a practical guide to understanding financial behaviors and building long-term stability. A Chicago native, he earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Dr. Ivelisse Sanchez

Dr. Ivelisse Sanchez, DNP, APRN, ACCNS-P, CPN, CPEN, is a Pediatric Clinical Nurse Specialist at Advocate Children’s Hospital in the Chicago suburbs, where she has served as APRN Coordinator for Pediatric Emergency Departments since 2022. With 23 years of nursing experience spanning pediatric and neonatal critical care and emergency care, she specializes in evidence-based practice, quality improvement, and initiatives that elevate pediatric care delivery, including sepsis and asthma management.

Dr. Sanchez holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Rush University and a BSN from Saint Xavier University. She has shared her expertise at national conferences for organizations such as NACNS, the American Pediatric Surgical Nurses Association, and the Emergency Nurses Association. Recognized with the 2025 NACNS Rising Star Award, she remains dedicated to improving outcomes for pediatric patients and supporting the next generation of nurses. A proud Chicago native, Ivelisse is also a wife and mother of three.
